By purchasing you (the "user" or "customer" or "you") enter into a contract of sale with Uliveti Castel San Martino Srl Società Agricola, registered  address via Procusi 62, 82036 Solopaca (BN), Italy, VAT Number and registration number at "Registro Imprese" of Benevento No.01556770624.

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

To shop with Uliveti Castel San Martino Srl Società Agricola you must be eighteen years of age or over.

This website is operated by Uliveti Castel San martino Srl Società Agricola ("we", "us", "uliveti" or "our").

We sell goods online only to end-users. In Italy and across the European Union goods are sold and delivered by Uliveti Casel San Martino Srl Società Agricola. The company's registered address is Via Procusi 62, 82036 Solopaca (BN), Italy. The production unit of Uliveti is in Corso Cusani 2, 82036 Solopaca (BN) Italy. FEATURES OF THE CONTRACT

The object of the contract is the purchase and delivery of the extra virgin olive oil (superior-category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means) 100% Italian produced by Uliveti Castel San Martino Srl Società Agricola.

ACCEPTANCE

The acceptance will occur when the purchase amount has been credited on our PayPal account or when we have received the bank transfer. We will confirm acceptance  directly and/or by using the paypal.com website. This will occur by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us and to paypal.com.

DELIVERY OF GOODS 

After acceptance we will prepare and send the goods to you. You should expect the delivery within one month month from the date of acceptance.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

On the basis of EU legislation and Art.49, comma 4, D.Lgs. n. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), the user has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the purchase of the subscription. To exercise the right to withdraw you will need to send us an email at info@uliveti.net. If you exercise your right to withdraw within 14 days from the purchase will be fully refunded. If you have already received the goods these will have to be returned to Uliveti.

PRICE AND DELIVERY CHARGES

For Italy and Norway the purchase prices will be as quoted on the website at the time you purchase (usually by clicking the "Pay now" button) subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. For the rest of Europe the price quoted on the website do not include transport. For the rest of Europe the purchase price inclusive of transport will be communicated to the customer via email.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment may be made on paypal.com or with credit or debit card or bank transfer.

DELIVERY

The delivery period will be communicated via email (from info@uliveti.net) to customers ahead of each shipping. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted you will be left a notification. Should you fail to be present for your delivery we are entitled to charge you additional delivery costs.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly via email at info@uliveti.net or by using the online contact form on the website http://www.uliveticastelsanmartino.it/contactus of any dissatisfaction with your order. We will promptly and fully refund the price of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction or arrange for the delivery of replacement goods, provided that you notify us within 14 days of delivery of the goods and that the goods have not been consumed. We will arrange with you for the goods to be returned to us. If you notice that goods are damaged at point of delivery you should not accept the delivery and notify us promptly via email at info@uliveti.net or by using the online contact form on the website http://www.uliveticastelsanmartino.it/contactus.

CUSTOMERS DUTIES

At uliveticastelsanmartino.it the customers needs to submit the necessary information for us to complete the order. By subscribing you commit to the following:

• that the information provided is complete and correct

• guarantee that the information given is about yourself and/or that you have the right to fill in the form on behalf of somebody else;

• Notify us immediately if any information changes (e.g. change of address)

If any of these Terms & Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms & Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law.
